  • 100 ml water
  • A pinch of chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prep: Finely chop the green onion. Cut garlic clove in half lengthwise and remove the core.
  2. Season: Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken. Lightly coat with potato starch.
  3. Cook chicken: In a frying pan over medium-low heat, add salad oil, garlic, and chicken skin-side down. Press gently and cook for about 5 minutes until golden. Flip and cook through. Turn garlic to prevent burning (you can rest it on the chicken if needed).
  4. Slice: Remove the chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces, and place on a serving plate.
